- The client needed to launch a new OMO product through a large-scale influencer-focused event within an exceptionally short timeline of less than two weeks. Throughout the project, the KV and communication materials were frequently updated, creating ongoing changes across design, production, and event execution. The team was challenged to remain flexible and responsive while coordinating 100+ KOLs/KOCs, seven experience booths, and multiple stakeholders to deliver a seamless launch experience on schedule.
